In a world that often feels increasingly polarized and isolated, we are frequently told that we have to carry our burdens by ourselves. But the truth is, we were never meant to face the challenges of this world alone.

At Peace in Schools, we see a different possibility unfolding every day. What if we didnโ€™t have to struggle in isolation? What if every young person had the tools to build self-resilience, deep empathy, and a genuine sense of community?

As the school year is coming to a close, we are looking towards the future. Over 500 students are already signed up to take Mindful Studies next fall and we cannot wait ๐Ÿ’–
