Hydrations tips that aren't just "drink more water" 💧
Staying hydrated can support energy, focus, digestion, headaches, muscle recovery, and nervous system regulation. BUT hydration is about more than carrying a water bottle around.
Some gentle ways to support hydration this summer:
💧 Add electrolytes if you are sweating a lot
💧 Eat water-rich foods like cucumbers, watermelon, berries and citrus
💧 Try herbal iced teas if plain water feels boring
💧 Pair hydration with routines you already have (meals, medication, walks)
💧 Sip consistently throughout the day instead of chugging all at once.
💧 Notice signs of dehydration like fatigue, dizziness, headaches, irritability, or dry mouth.
As a reminder, wellness isn't about perfections. Missing your hydration goals one day doesn't mean you failed your body.
