Enrollment is officially open for our Fall 2026 Teacher Training ✨

This training is for anyone feeling called to deepen their relationship with yoga, whether that means eventually teaching or simply wanting to better understand yourself, your practice, and the way you move through the world.

Over 14 weeks, we’ll move, study, reflect, practice, and grow together in community. Together, we’ll explore asana, alignment, and functional anatomy, sequencing, language, music, and pacing, yoga philosophy in a modern, meaningful way, holding space for yourself and others, and confidence, leadership, and finding your voice.

This training is designed to be immersive yet sustainable, with Tuesday + Thursday evening sessions and alternating weekends, allowing space for integration, real life, and rest along the way.
