How to quickly calm your nervous system:

Get into this position. Turn off any music or other distractions.

Set a timer for 5 minutes.

In that small amount of time, ligaments in the spine and pelvis will relax, tension in your neck and back will melt away, and your nervous system will calm dramatically (i.e. rectifying your Qi).

5 minutes like this may help you sleep.

And help with low back pain.

And headaches.

And neck and upper back stiffness and pain.

Seriously. Super simple ”exercise” that’s worth its weight in gold!
