Making hundreds of design decisions for a new build can feel overwhelming. Our integrated design-build team works collaboratively to explore possibilities, refine ideas, and look for opportunities to create meaningful connections throughout your home.

In this Cape Elizabeth home, one of our favorite recurring elements was this colorful semi-transparent stain that allows the wood grain to remain visible. The same blue stain reappears on the kitchen island and pantry cabinets, while a complementary dark green was used in the mudroom.

Together, these details create a subtle thread that ties the home together while allowing each space to maintain its own distinct personality.

A little belated, but Happy World Chocolate Day! 🍫

We work with a lot of talented specialty trades to bring our clients’ homes to life, but collaborating with a chocolatier was definitely a first (and one of our favorites!)

A huge thank you to our friends Dean's Sweets for creating these custom Juniper chocolate houses for us to share at the Maine Green & Healthy Homes Show earlier this year. We love celebrating local makers… especially if their medium just happens to be chocolate. 🏡🤎

Juniper will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, July 2nd and Friday, July 3rd so our amazing team can catch some fireworks, grill out, and enjoy a well-deserved long weekend.
