Portland Urban Core Condos

Condo sales were especially hard hit during the height of the pandemic. They have recovered quite a bit over the last year and I predict that they will show a noticeable increase as the single family housing prices continue to rise, causing some buyers to consider condo housing as a first time buyer option.
