Lizz has demonstrated a consistent level of awareness and curiosity since week one. She is shifting from reacting emotionally to connecting her hunger, sleep, and stress to logical variables. Here is how she is staying on track:
Training Consistency – Maintaining 5 training days per week despite 3:15am wake times and long professional days.
Hunger Regulation – Improving her energy levels and appetite control through better macro distribution.
Proactive Problem Solving – Identifying that 12+ hour days without a plan lead to overeating and implementing solutions before they happen.
Tracking Discipline – Honoring her goal to track even on the hardest days, missing only one day the entire challenge.
Building Systems – Instead of deprioritizing her health during a demanding season, she chose to lean in and build the routines she needs most.
Lizz, your ability to communicate challenges and immediately implement solutions is setting a high bar. Keep it up!
