Although new to the construction industry, Angel Jr brings a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude that will be a great addition to our projects. He will work closely with our superintendents and project teams to support daily field operations, help maintain jobsite safety and quality, and gain hands-on experience on the site. Joining us as VP of Business Development, Rodney is a true veteran of the industry with an impressive 40+ years of experience building across multifamily, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use construction. Throughout a career built on long-standing client relationships, strategic growth initiatives, jobsite leadership, and successful project partnerships, he has helped lead the development of hundreds of projects including apartment communities, office buildings, healthcare facilities, educational buildings, retail centers, and public-sector projects throughout diverse markets across the world. Known for a collaborative leadership style and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction, Rodney plays a key role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening industry partnerships, and guiding projects from concept through completion. His extensive industry knowledge and reputation for integrity have made him a trusted advisor to Owners, Architects, and subcontractors. Welcome, Rodney!
