Putting the morels we’ve been finding to good use! It’s a revised version of our Grilled Morel & Hazelnut Tantan: Chilled udon noodles in a creamy/zesty soy milk broth, shio koji’d morel mushrooms, quick pickled cucumbers & snap peas. Topped with a roasted hazelnut-tofu crumble, & umeboshi. This time of year, we’re always looking for more mushrooms, but it’s never a guarantee that we’ll find any, so we can’t say how long this one’ll be on the menu. Drop in & eat here, take it away to your favorite happy place, or (NEW) get it delivered anywhere in Portland!

It’s true! We finally broke down & decided to start delivering to a wider region!
