In 2014, AAC furnished, spliced, and drove pipe pile for the Tidewater Cove Marina, a private development in Vancouver, Washington. We worked quickly and efficiently to meet all project goals within a tight timeframe.

In 2021, AAC was contracted by the Port of Newport to complete the Dock 5 Pier Replacement project, involving the full demolition of the aging creosote timber structure and construction of a new, modern pier under a tight in-water work window. The project included pile installation, structural steel bracing, precast deck panels, utility rerouting, and temporary access systems to maintain full operations for the fishing fleet throughout construction.
