Healing often means going back to the place of pain, not alone, but with Jesus’ presence and love.
In this week’s teaching, we reflected on how Jesus met Peter in his shame to bring healing, and how many of us can’t move forward into the life God has for us without first addressing the wounds we carry.
We have to go back to go forward.
From “Faith, Hope, & Love; Love in Action: Peter | Pentecost Sunday”
We often think of love in parts—friendship, romance, family, generosity.
But at the center of it all is agape, the self-giving love of God. The kind of love that becomes the container for every other kind of love to be formed and held rightly.
On our own, we can’t produce it. But through the Spirit, God’s love begins to take shape in us—reshaping how we love in every area of our lives.
This is the love we’re being invited into.

We gather to remember who we are and who God is.
This past Sunday, we wrapped up our Faith, Hope, and Love series with guest teacher Pete Greig from 24-7 Prayer. Join us next week as celebrate Pentecost Sunday!

Doubt doesn’t disqualify us, it’s part of the journey.
It invites us to remember and tell the story of what God has done.
