The team at INCIGHT is looking forward to meeting the 33 new INCIGHT Scholars at our 2026 Scholar Orientation. INCIGHT Scholars are all from Oregon, Washington and California, and attend schools as far away as Baylor University in Fort Worth, Texas and also close by at Portland State University.

Congratulations scholars!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for another successful job fair, this time ! We were thrilled to welcome 18 employers, including 10 organizations attending one of our job fairs for the very first time, and 95 job seekers eager to explore new career opportunities and make meaningful connections.

Just before noon, the fire alarm sounded, and we all took an unexpected 15-minute break while the building was safely evacuated. Thankfully, we were able to get right back to business once the all-clear was given. You never know what excitement one of our events will bring!

A special thank you to the incredible volunteers from Goodwill, who did an outstanding job assisting with résumé reviews, job seeker check-in, and the exit survey. Your dedication and support helped keep everything running smoothly—even with an unexpected interruption!
