CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!!!

We are in need of TSP volunteers on July 25th to help run the concessions at Cross Insurance Arena as Billy Strings takes the stage for the second of two sold out shows at the Portland stop on his tour!

Billy Strings (born William Lee Apostol) is a Grammy-winning American guitarist and singer-songwriter. Widely celebrated as the “future of bluegrass,” he is famous for revitalizing the genre by blending traditional acoustic bluegrass with rock, heavy metal, and psychedelic jam-band influences. It’s going to be a great night!!!

If you’re unable to help at the stand, please be sure to stop by, grab some snacks, and say hi! TSP receives 10% of all concession sales from our booth on this night. It’s always a great time with the TSP family!

Today The Summit Project remembers the life and service of Army PVT Dustin R. F. Small, 19, previously stationed with the 2nd HET 360th Transportation Company at Fort Carson in Colorado, who died unexpectedly on this day in 2009, due to injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident. Thank you Dustin for your service and sacrifice.

Small – The Summit Project 19, previously stationed with the 2nd HET 360th Transportation Company at Fort Carson in Colorado, died unexpectedly Tuesday, June 30, 2009, due to injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident. Dustin was born December 1, 1989, to Fred and Catherine (Fuller) Small.
