Fourth of five renderings I completed for the final studio at . Collard greens originated in Greece and were eventually brought to the Americas by enslaved people in the 1600s. This variety, "Georgia Southern," has been grown since the the 1860s. It is part of a series that will be for sale and on view at the 2026 Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts. The Oregon Botanical Artists are the featured artists in the main building and the focus of the show and sale is heritage crops.
