Northern Light Mercy Hospital is hiring a full-time program manager for McAuley Residence, a supportive residential program that helps women in early recovery build stability, confidence, and independence.

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the program while working closely with residents to help them achieve goals related to recovery, parenting, education, employment, financial literacy, and healthy living. You’ll also build partnerships with community organizations and help connect residents to the resources they need to succeed.
