The Aligned Practice

We typically have no problem telling people, "I did a deep tissue session."

We have a harder time saying: "She came in barely able to turn her head, and she walked out moving freely."

Same appointment. Two completely different stories. One is a task. The other is the reason she rebooks, tells her sister, and never blinks at your price.

You create the second thing every single day. You just struggle to say it out loud.

And there are sooo many reasons for this...the only way to overcome it is to practice through the discomfort.
