We’re excited to have Brendan and Haley Byer of .us join us in the kitchen! The duo behind Alea Bakery are bringing their love of great bread, seasonal ingredients, and gathering people around the table to 82 Acres for one special evening. Alongside Chef Will Preisch, they'll be serving a collaborative menu inspired by the bounty of Pacific Northwest food and wine.

A moment for the Ham Steak Oscar.
Part of our three-course farm dinner menu, this dish is Chef Will’s take on the classic Oscar style, traditionally made with veal, crab, and hollandaise in Sweden in the late 1800s. Our version brings together Dungeness crab, crab hollandaise, asparagus, and pickled carrots for something rich and deeply satisfying.
