Stash the Gumbo

Thanks to everyone who came out for our first pop-up dinner! We had a blast and hope all of our guests did too. A special thanks to Nora Belle's for hosting us!

We picked up these beauties at Shaw Farms. Today they got rubbed with our cajun seasoning. Tomorrow they'll braise low and slow, then rest overnight for the main event when we turn them into debris sandwiches on Sunday.
