AcroYoga is a movement practice built on connection, trust, and play. In this beginner-friendly fundamentals workshop, you’ll learn the essentials of basing, flying, and spotting while exploring foundational Acro poses in a supportive, safety-focused environment. With more than 10 years of teaching experience, Gabrielle combines strong technical instruction with plenty of opportunities for creativity and fun. All experience levels are welcome, and no partner is required.

2027 FOUNDATIONAL YTT: A 200+ Hour Yoga Teacher Training

So, so excited to be launching this reimagined & redesigned “200 hour” YTT. ✨

Our Foundational Yoga Teacher Training is based on a model of understanding that teaching yoga is a craft that requires deep knowledge, acute attention, interpersonal skills, and creativity.

This training takes the industry standard model of a 200 hour yoga teacher training and expands that model to include elements that are essential to becoming a yoga teacher: small group mentorship with expert facilitators, and practice teaching to students in the real world. You will receive not only the basic knowledge and practical skills to teach, but also the guidance and tools necessary to develop your voice, clarify your values, and complete the program with the confidence you need to start your career.

This training fosters curiosity, expertise, holistic comprehension, and the space to develop your voice and deepen your personal growth under expert guidance and personal attention so that as you learn to teach yoga you will also deepen your understanding of yourself and of your role in the world.
