🍿Stop by this evening for a sweet treat from Joe Brown's Caramel Corn! We'll be handing out complimentary bags starting at 5PM while supplies last. Choose from four delicious flavors, and be sure to visit their Lloyd Center location for an even bigger selection😋 As we recognize Juneteenth, we wanted to support and highlight a local Black-owned business right here in our community. We wish everyone a meaningful and joyful Juneteenth❤️🖤💚💛 Please note that our leasing office will be closed tomorrow, June 19, in observance of the holiday.

Board Game Nights happen monthly here at Splash, thanks to a wonderful group of residents. Each month we get to play something new from the residents' impressive game collection. There's something for everyone, whether you're a casual player or a competitive mastermind. As always, we'll have some tasty pizza from and various drinks (NA too).

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Whether you're a beginner, a casual jogger, or a seasoned marathoner, our Run Club is all about movement, connection, and community. 💪🤝✨ Join us to stay active, meet new people, and have fun every step of the way! 👟🎉
Our first run will be on the evening of Thursday, July 16th. Meet in the Fitness Center at 6PM - from there we will warm up, split into groups (if needed for various paces), and head out around 6:15PM. Carlee will lead us on a beautiful 4.2-mile loop to the waterfront and back. Afterwards, we'll head to a local establishment for snacks, drinks, and socializing🥂

Congratulations and happy birthday to East! This handsome pup has been selected as our Pet of the Month for June. As always, a big thank you to the store on Broadway for putting together a nice basket of toys & treats for East!

Bio: They call me East… because I’m always right. I’m a proud Pembroke Welsh Corgi with big energy packed into a low-riding frame. Don’t let the short legs fool you—I move fast, play hard, and I’m always ready for action. If there’s a dog park nearby, I’ve probably already claimed it. I’m the one starting the fun, making friends, and making sure nobody is standing around too long. Life’s too short not to play. I’ve been Pet of the Month twice and honestly, I’m not surprised. Excellence just comes naturally. When I’m not outside being the main character, I’m locked in as a loyal fan of the Georgia Bulldogs. Winning recognizes winning. Bottom line: I bring the energy, I bring the vibes, and yeah… I’m always right.

The first game of the World Cup is next week Thursday! Come watch with us in the Splash Cinema. USA and Mexico group stage games will be shown this month. Possible additional showings to come.
