Esperanza Church

El culto unido con Woodland Park Baptist Church a las 11am el domingo pasado, 2 de enero, estuvo a todo dar. Fue de inspiración tener las dos congregaciones juntas para empezar el año y hubo abundancia de comida para el convivio después del culto. Muchas gracias a todos ustedes de Esperanza Church quienes estuvieron presentes ya que tuvimos buena representación de nuestra iglesia (quizás la mejor asistencia desde que empezamos a reunirnos después de la clausura de varios meses por Covid) y con nosotros y ellos se sentía que el santuario, ¡sí, tenía gente! Siempre preparo y presento el mensaje como si el santuario fuera a estar lleno sin importar cuantos estemos pero no niego que se sintió bien sentir el calor humano de un santuario con buena asistencia. ¡Sigamos asistiendo sin faltar cada domingo a las 4pm para alabar a Dios, orar y escuchar su palabra!

The joint worship service with Woodland Park Baptist Church at 11am last Sunday, January 2, was awesome. It was inspiring to have the two congregations together to start off the year and there was plenty of food for the post-service gathering. Thank you very much to all of you from Esperanza Church who were present as we had a good representation from our church (perhaps the best attendance since we began to meet after the Covid closure of several months) and with us and them it felt like somebody was in the sanctuary! I always prepare and present the message as if the sanctuary will be full no matter how many of us there may be, but I don't deny that it felt good to feel the human warmth of a well-attended sanctuary. Let’s continue attending every Sunday at 4pm to praise God, pray and hear his word!
