Yet his leadership philosophy remains grounded in the same principles that shaped him as a stationary engineer and hands-on maintenance technician.

As vice president of construction for The Picklr, Jason Bauerle plays a central role in one of the fastest expansion stories in sports and recreation. His energy mirrors the brand’s momentum, and his enthusiasm reflects The Picklr’s broader mission to grow the pickleball community across the United States and internationally.

Bauerle’s path into the pickleball industry began unexpectedly. While building a home for his family, he decided to install a pickleball court. That project introduced him to court construction and opened the door and he began taking on court installation leads from the product supplier, recognized the rising demand tied to the sport’s popularity, and launched his own court surfacing company. Within a short time, that business became one of the largest pickleball surfacing operations in Utah.

That success led to a partnership with The Picklr, helping develop early indoor facilities and proving the viability of premium indoor pickleball. When the company shifted to a franchise-based growth model, Bauerle was recruited to oversee construction standards and national rollout.
