I haven’t been this light since April of 2019! This is after 34 days straight of diet and exercise. 56 more days to go!

On my birthday, I decided to get back in shape and today's hike in 17 degree weather makes 23 days in a row of moderate cardio. My goal is 90. So far from the exercise and dieting, I am down 10 lbs, have a lot more muscle tone and sleep much better.
