And thus it is unavoidable my dear, that you shall also become my shadow, my madness, and all of the fragments of my broken dreams.

Because until I can simply relish the very existence of you and I, under shared sun and moon and stars, I will inevitably project onto you all of that Wonder and light, but also all of my neglected Trauma and torment, in a misplaced effort to find my way back to the Essence of my Being.

Alas, healing and self-compassion are foundation to a process of individuation that establishes interconnection rather than dependency.

Just as the sun, the moon, and the stars do not leave when you leave my dear, the deepness of my Love for you outshines the symptoms and learned adaptations of my suffering.
