Despite storms challenging the Pacific Northwest...the sub freezing temperatures, high winds, rain, sleet, snow and ice storms; all paperwork transactions have finally been signed and the title has now been registered with the county. What was once mine, now has a new owner. Indeed, this process has been bittersweet...but my fondest wish for this young family who now begins their life in their new home, is to continue to flourish and love this home as much as I did.
