Latley in life I have found myself in places I did not set out for. In places that are difficult to describe.

I’ve been calling it nowhere. Previously I would probably describe nowhere as another way of saying “lost”. Now I am not so sure. To me it’s a space
somewhere between “lost” and “found”. But I don’t feel lost. I am not waiting to be found.

It’s not so much a void, it’s a location, or a place. I am beginning to believe that wherever I am, there is ground made for standing. And that wherever I am standing is worth learning to love.

Last summer we all sat in a living room, shut off the AC and hit record. Each song was recorded live in the same room with everyone facing each other. Each person brought a special voice to each song in its own way. What we captured is a moment in time that I will not soon forget.

This handful of songs given as an offering to a place called nowhere.
