"A private, clean, and well-appointed cottage in a great neighborhood. The description was spot on, and the bright and cozy cottage made a great home base for our 5 day Portland vacay. Durga was a thoughtful and respectful host and made sure we were sorted out and happy while also giving us privacy and space - the perfect balancing act. The kitchen is well set up if you want to cook your own meals, but you may not because of all the great dining spots in close range. We brought our bikes and were pleasantly surprised at how easily and quickly we could get to the restaurants and watering holes on Division, Hawthorne, Alberta, Mississippi, and downtown. Mt. Tabor is right nearby and a fun destination for some walking or picnicking. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay at the retreat again."
