Memories of literacy:
I loved reading this book at my Grampa Pete’s house while laying on a blue patterned quilt in the sunny downstairs bedroom that looked out to the yard. Nestled by the kitchen that smelled like pasta and steam, that sunny room that broke the smell of cooking to ever hold the still scent of dusty books, a feeling of calm timelessness, and the memories linked to it’s corner of old cherished toys.
