SO psyched to start my 5 day meridian reset! “What’s that,” you ask? It’s a super easy way to enhance blood and oxygen (Qi!) flow in the body’s meridians and corresponding organs. You know, create some balance in these crazy times. Cool, right?⁣

I’m using patches, and so far today, I’m feeling great!⁣
