It’s hard to imagine that we don’t get to show houses to Wade and Summer BUT it’s awesome to know we never have to call with bad news again. It’s sad to think about not seeing Summer’s cool outfits or hearing Wade’s dry wit. But it’s awesome knowing they have a rad house and we negotiated some solid repairs. Sweet Mari got keys to her home today! She’s such a sweet bad ass, we loved helping her!! Her house is super cute and so it she!!! Looking forward to the dog photos we get once she adopts a pup 🐶 yayyyy homeownership!!!
