It’s been a bit since our last post and that’s due to us being laser focused on setting up our summer league with ! If you’re in the Portland area and want to continue playing lacrosse this summer, look no further than our box program!

The focus here is on getting BETTER through playing! No matter your skill level, this league is for you. We extended our registration through the weekend, so if you’re interested check out our website and sign up!

Great training session yesterday! We had two first time lacrosse players join, who had a blast! Couldn’t be more excited to continue to grow the game and create new beginnings. And if you couldn’t tell, yes the field was a bit muddy!

Although it’s we have a drill you can do outside the wall to focus on getting better! Ground balls are key to getting more possessions and increasing your chances of scoring. Use this drill to work on side to side mobility during ground balls!
