Hacienda CDC

Mass Casitas, an initiative by Hacienda CDC, was 1 of 5 projects slated for investment by Oregon Housing and Community Services through the Factory-Produced Housing Initiative.

In partnership with CedarStone Design & Build, it will bring Illahee Timber Townhomes a 27-home, permanently affordable, for-sale housing development in Gresham.

All homes are built off-site using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) panels produced at CedarStone’s facility in Eugene. These panels allow for faster, more efficient assembly than conventional construction.

This innovative approach enables a three-person crew to build an entire home in just two to three days.
