Community Conversation with Councilor Novick Join Councilor Novick for conversation and iced tea at SE Uplift. Come share what issues are important to you in District 3.

Meet up with District 3 city councilors face-to-face at a local park to share your thoughts on the proposed renovation of the Moda Center, take a survey, and enjoy a popsicle.

Last week, Mayor Keith Wilson released a proposed budget outlining how the City of Portland plans to close a $160M gap for the new fiscal year starting in July. A link to the full proposal is available here: https://www.portland.gov/budget/2025-2026-budget/development/proposed

City Council can now propose amendments before adopting a final budget in June.

Join District 3 Councilors Tiffany Koyama Lane, Angelita Morillo, and Steve Novick for an interactive Budget Town Hall to share your input as they make these decisions. There will be time for Q+A and an opportunity to provide up to two minutes of testimony.
