My name is Rowshan Reordan. I am the Founder and CEO of Green Leaf Lab. I founded Green Leaf Lab Oregon over 15 years ago to create transparency and a safe, science-driven cannabis industry for consumers.

I am writing to inform you that Green Leaf Lab Oregon has officially closed its operations. This decision to close was not made lightly.

It comes in response to sustained industry pressure to produce fraudulent test results, combined with a lack of regulatory oversight and enforcement in Oregon.

For example, we encountered test results from competitors where the total percentage of cannabinoids and terpenes exceeded 100%—a scientifically impossible outcome.

Additionally, we have had many clients leave us after receiving accurate but unfavorable results for potency, pesticides, and heavy metals, further highlighting the market’s resistance to honest reporting.

I want to emphasize that Green Leaf Lab California remains open and fully operational.
The regulatory environment in California is markedly different—there is active enforcement and meaningful support for accurate, science-based test results. This allows us to continue delivering the high-quality, compliant services our clients expect and deserve.
