Meet your new favorite pastry! I soft launched my Kolaches at Helvetia Market this summer & they were a huge hit.

I’ve added a few tweaks to my Great-Great-Grandmother’s recipe & I’m excited to offer a bi-weekly kolache preorder!

I plan to focus on traditional Czech-style kolache fillings, but I also want to offer seasonal fillings. My first preorder will have 4 filling options – blackberry, blueberry, marionberry & strawberry. All the fillings are made fresh in my home from berries my family and I have handpicked.
