This time we are taking nutrition to the next level! I will be working with clients to optimize GLP-1 success through lifestyle and nutritional strategies, as well as working with those whose choose to take their weight loss journey in another direction and opt for success without the use of GLP-1s. I hope to partner with local med spas, direct primary care facilities and fitness studios to bring you health and wellness from all sides.
