If you have been curious about starting a breathwork practice and exploring yogic breath technique (pranayama), this is for you.
Each week, folks can expect to be led in a brief + gentle yoga movement practice to prepare the mind and body for breathwork. Afterwards, IT’LL BE ALL ABOUT THE BREATH 😮💨 and you will be guided in a breathwork sequence that builds throughout this 4-week series.

(In-studio) Yoga + Community for BIPOC Mental Health Therapists is here again ✨
45 minutes movement, 30 minutes community connection.
Movement will target areas of the body impacted by long hours of sitting. Think softening of the hips, back, neck, shoulders etc.
Being a therapist takes a whole lot of emotional and mental capacity, so we will be engaging in mindfulness and breathwork to promote mental clarity + ease.
No previous yoga experience necessary. Postures and breathwork will be taught with approachability + variation options.
