Balanced Bunnies

Tried pho for our first time!
I loved the beef strips (ribeye?) and the "meatballs" which i think were either sweetbreads (aka cow glands), kidneys or liver chunks possibly. The bone marrow was alright and I forced myself to eat it 'cause I know how good it is for me, but the intestines???...yuck!!! Lol i couldn't even chew them let alone swallow them. They looked like little octupi. I can do calamari; but no, not this haha. Not a fan of that part at all.
We still think it's the best ramen in town though hehe.
