From the One Show Archives: The year was…2020. at the . The perfect mix of bike show and flattrack racing all in one place, minus the drive to Salem Speedway which was convenient. You had beautiful ambient light from the tall floor to ceiling windows shining down on all the bikes on the main level, then you had the lower levels to explore all the bikes and show stashed away in the caverns of the Moda Center, with the clay track at center for the all the racing fun. All that 2 stroke smoke really made for some moody racing pictures (and a minor headache 💨✨😅). There was also the outdoor element of the bike pits that was fun to capture with all the vibes of the racers lining up and getting revved to race. All the good times and smiles per usual. Another noteworthy observation, at this point I now have a collection from over the years of pictures roaming around crushing show tasks his natural habitat 🤠 This was definitely a favorite One Show with fond core memories and new (now long-lasting) friendships formed, as it was for me, the last “normal” social event I attended before all the Covid chaos put a dent in life.
