We replaced this customer's deck using Azek Vintage mahogany PVC decking. The railing is Trex Signature aluminum railing in charcoal color. The patio cover has an extruded aluminum frame with Acrylite roofing panels in Cool Blue Heatstop color. We installed a gate to access the underside and also put in a gate that goes to an area that will some day have a hot tub. It is a very modern upgrade for the back of this home!

We built some decks for this customer a few years previous to these. He liked them so much he decided to add on to them with matching decks. He went with the color Wi******er grey (now discontinued) and used a black Signature aluminum railing. The privacy screen you see is Hideaway brand, sold at Costco. The customer purchased it and we installed it for him. This deck really increased the space they have for socializing!
