Although we obtained limited photographs of the unfinished basement prior to framing, we are pleased to share several images showcasing the bathroom's progress, with completion pending the installation of lighting and minor finishing touches.

The tile work is finished, Sheetrock installation is complete, ceiling tiles are up, minor joint compound corrections are needed, and wall priming is in progress.

We started working on an unfinished project at an Airbnb property in Harpswell yesterday. 🤗

👉The owners had a previous contractor abruptly leave the job and have since then requested us to do some interior updates, including fresh white paint on the ceilings, walls, and trim, as well as installing a kitchen backsplash, and staining the woodwork.👍

👉 These photos were taken during our initial property assessment.

Nearly complete, just need to finalize lighting, sockets, etc.
