For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, the following is a bit of clarification on our party rules and what to expect.

Not monopolizing a play station means:

● Picking up after your scene and vacating the play station (this includes you, your partner(s), and all of your belongings - it also includes cleaning the station {wiping down furniture, changing sheets, etc})
● Moving aftercare to a couch
● Waiting a minimum of ~10 minutes before returning to the same space to play again (this allows others waiting to see that the station is available and the opportunity to use it … moving to a different available play station without waiting is acceptable if the prior station is completely vacated & clean)
● Not using a play station to lay out toys/toybag (while using another play station, in an effort to entice others to play, etc) - this deprives other guests use of the station
● Keeping scenes to a maximum of ~60 minutes (scenes running longer may be interrupted - this allows energy to move in the club and the play station to have a minimum of 5 scenes each night)

The club has numerous hardpoints; due to the number of party guests and the resulting limited space we pre-rig spaces where suspensions will be the safest for all guests. As a result we do not allow the ladder out during the party to attach different rigging to the building points. In addition:

● Only load-rated equipment may be attached to the pre-rigged hardpoints
● Do not spin on the hardpoints unless using a load-rated swivel (sailing swivels are not appropriate equipment unless they are ball bearing)
● Hardpoints rigged with a tied piece of 1" climbing webbing are setup in a basket and terminated with a 6600lb sailing shackle - the pin of the shackle is moused and is not to be removed (attaching directly to the webbing with a load-rated shackle or carabiner {in parallel with the shackle} or thru the shackle are acceptable) - the shackle of these points are ~7.5ft above the floor
● Hardpoints rigged with sewn loops of 5/8 climbing webbing (rated for at least 14kn) must use an appropriate load-rated shackle or carabiner (no webbing or rope directly on the hardpoint webbing to avoid unnecessary friction) - the daisy chain loops are ~6.5-8.5ft above the floor
● If planning to suspend more than one person at the same time, notify a DM prior to starting

PHOTO POLICY

► Personal photography and cell phones are not allowed at Luv Hurtz! ◄

We do try to have a Staff Photographer available during the party to shoot you or your scene. Photos are strictly opt-in ... if you would like photos, check in with the Staff Photographer before you play to get a photo consent wristband. The Staff Photographer will be wearing a badge saying 'Staff Photographer' on a light-up blue lanyard. Photos are only taken of those who have obtained and are wearing a photo consent wristband.

Photos from each party will be posted into a password protected gallery online a few weeks after the event. The password for each party changes and is printed on the photo consent wristband. Watch the Luv Hurtz Group or the Facebook event's comments for the announcement when the photos are available.

Do not lose your wristband - we will not give out the password. Do not share the password with anyone else - this will be treated as a serious consent violation.
