Unicorn Jiu Jitsu

New month means a new focus. For June we are working on passing the open guard. Week one is always concept based and laying the foundation. “Dirty Feet” is a fun game to play with the top player just trying to keep the guard players “dirty feet” off them. Not as easy as it may appear! See you on the mats.
