You raised her from a pup to be an amazing retriever. Season after season she brought the birds back, never complaining. She is now 14 years old and still has the drive, but her body just won’t cooperate. It shows as her back legs give out on occasion. So you pick her up and carry her to shore, to get her one last retrieve of a green head, that means more to her than any bird prior.

Friday April 12th is ODHA Youth Night!

Youth Night is always a big hit and one of our signature events of the year! Don't miss out.

The evening's festivities will begin with a social hour at 6:00 pm. A time when kids can get better acquainted and settle in for a night of fun. Next on the agenda is a dinner of cheeseburgers, hot dogs and french fries. Soon after, Youth Night Chairman Dan Carroll will kick off the evenings program of games, raffles and fun.

This years youth night speaker is a returning favorite, Richard Ritchey! Richard, also known as "The Oregon Reptile Man" features quite a collection of reptilian friends. He plans to bring with him an assortment of turtles, frogs, lizards and snakes for an exciting and educational program they will never forget.

This event is open to everyone and always one of our biggest of the year. We sincerely hope to see everyone there.

Youth Night will be held Friday April 12th at the Colwood Golf Center, 7313 NE Columbia Blvd in Portland. This is a dinner meeting and non-members are welcome to attend!
Dinners are $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for kids.
