TOMORROW: tomorrow will be our last pancake breakfast of the season! We hope to see you! 7-11am at company 1 firehouse

With all this snow, we invite you to participate in a scavenger hunt! Buried in the snow are fire hydrants! We challenge you to find them, dig out 3 feet around them, snap a picture, and post them in the comments! The person that digs the most earns bragging rights!

On a serious note, Portland Fire is an all volunteer department, with our members working full time and trying to spend time with families. We will be out trying to clear the hydrants as we can, but any help is greatly appreciated. Help us keep your neighborhoods safe!

Good afternoon everyone! We hope everyone had a great holiday! Due to scheduling conflicts, we must move our January pancake breakfast back a week, so instead of Sunday Jan 4th, it will now be held Sunday January 11th. We hope to see everyone there and sorry for any inconvenience!

Engine 1 is currently providing station coverage for the Colchester Fire Department as they battle a second alarm fire in their town

We had an absolute blast today at the Dream Ride firefighters chili cook off! A big congratulations to our good friends at the Westfield Fire Dept for taking home first place, as well as tying for the peoples choice award!
