"Something that may be small to us may be the final straw for someone else." 💙
That's how Amy describes customer service, and it's why our team treats every call like it matters. Because to the pet parent on the other end, it does.
This Customer Service Week, we're celebrating the people who bring patience, empathy, and care to pets and their families. Thank you for all you do! 🐾
