Tonight is The Maine Festival of the Book's Opening Night - benefit at 6 pm, author talk with Tony Horwitz at 7:30 pm. Tkts still available at www.mainereads.org.

Maine Festival of the Book presenters keep racking up the publicity in the New York Times. Last week is was Heidi Julavits with a glowing book review and Michael Maglaras with a great write up of his Lynd Ward film. Yesterday the Sunday Book Review raved about novelist Peter Behrens The O'Briens. All of these talented people will present Sat. March 31 at the Abromson Center at USM, Portland. Programs are unticketed, free and we offer free parking!
