Meet Yaz! This 6-month old, 25 pound sweetie is the perfect family dog! She absolutely loves attention and gets along with every human and doggo she meets. She is likely to follow you around the house and try to get as many pets as possible. Yaz seeks out other playful pups and is always down for a good game of chase. She has some dog siblings in her foster home and they zoomie around the yard together every day, so she would love to join a home with another playful dog. She’s also showing signs of some expert level fetch skills, so there may be some ball chasing in her future!

Yaz does great on a leash, loving her daily neighborhood walk around SE Portland. She is very curious and loves exploring the world around her. Yaz is nearly fully potty trained and has been learning some basic commands like “sit” and “stay.” She’s a receptive girlie and picks up things quickly, so she is bound to flourish with continued training.

This playful little toy fanatic is full of puppy energy and would love a home where she can get all the love, playtime, and adventures her heart could ask for. Underdogs cover spay & neuters of puppies when they reach the right age, are microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. Yaz's adoption fee is $450.

*ADOPTED* Meet Ben! ✨

Looking for an adventure partner for life? So is Ben. This handsome 9-month-old neutered Chihuahua mix is full of puppy energy, personality, and fun. Zooming around the yard at top speed is one of his favorite hobbies, and he’s guaranteed to keep you smiling. Ben also has the cutest wrinkly forehead!

Ben is currently living on property with other dogs, goats, cats, and chickens. He gets along wonderfully with his foster dog friends, ignores the chickens, and adapted quickly to using a doggie door.

He’s still polishing up his leash manners because the world is just too exciting sometimes, but he’s eager to learn, and will do really well with a Force Free Oregon trainer. Ben is ready for his forever home. ❤️

Underdogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. Adoption fee is $390. Ben is being fostered in Amity, Oregon

You must be available to meet an Underdog in their foster's location and dogs are not held for applicants or shipped outside of the Portland metro area. Home checks are also part of the process and can be conducted virtually.

Philippe & Pierre were surrendered to URR when their human went to assist care. These 15 year bonded boys need heart work ups and then once we got the all clear, they received their dentals. They are happy pups now and have found their forever home!
