Meet Jessica Fiske.
Jessica joined us shortly after she turned 18 and has been an integral part of the culture at Blyth & Burrows ever since.
Funny and sweet with just the perfect amount of sass, seeing her grow into her role has been an absolute joy.
Whether she’s setting up the patio before service, keeping the bar running smoothly, or making both guests and coworkers laugh, Jess brings an energy that makes Blyth & Burrows a better place to be.
We’re incredibly lucky to have her on our team.
