Do you know that your body is extremely intelligent? That even if *we* don’t know what is going on, that our body does?

I like to think of it this way.. think about all the the functions your body is consistently initiating without your conscious thought. As you are reading this right now, your liver is filtering and detoxifying your blood, it is communicating with your gallbladder and your digestive system is working in tandem. All this is happening as you take a break and scroll on insta 😉

Your body knows when the communication is severed, what imbalances are present and what is blocking it. Your body is wise beyond belief and you being alive is proof of that. When we have things that are stored within our body such as trauma, belief systems, ancestral lineage blocks, memories, and emotions that aren’t processed, it stops the natural flow of the body. On the physical, emotional and energetic level.

The world is catching up with this understanding and especially in the trauma healing world. It is becoming more widely accepted that trauma is stored within the body and lives there until it is released.

My work is to listen to the body and listen. To be still enough and precise enough to allow the exact location of the trauma to surface. To communicate with the body to learn the story, to uncover the suppressed emotions, to bring light and awareness to what has been hidden and give the body the pathway to release.

The body wants to heal. The body is capable of healing. It just needs the right set of tools to come back into harmony.

what I found over the course of my life is that the healing journey is a humble one. definitely not for the faint of heart, but rather the heart of someone who is willing, diligent, and most importantly, ready.

the other thing I have come to understand in the realm of healing is that it is an ongoing process that slowly unravels as you naturally move through life. you can either resist the inevitable unfolding or lean in, but regardless life force energy will pull you there. not in a forceful way but in a guided way.

my healing journey is one that I haven't yet shared fully and it is a roller coaster and quite entertaining ;) and the one thing that as pulled me through and created peace in my life over and over again has been energy medicine. my story is filled with synchroncities, miracles and possibilities.

from the very beginning of my life, I was incredibly sensitive and by the time I was in 5th grade, I was experiencing migraines that would take away my vision completely and resulted in me being in pain that is still hard to describe the severity of and often ended with me throwing up due to it. this was an ancestral pattern in my family as my dad had them at a young age and so does my brother.

my grandma (who has been one of this biggest inspirations of who I have become in this lifetime) and my mom (another key component of who I am today) took me to a local energy medicine practitioner who completely changed my life and trajectory. funny enough as I write this, I literally just got a session from the her YESTERDAY, 20 years later ;)

within a few sessions, I was no longer missing school and wasn't suffering anymore. I was only 11 when I realized healing was possible and that I wasn't destined to live in a body that was in pain. being able to process the emotional aspects of my physical pain eliminated the way my body was speaking to me through the migraines. even from that young age, I knew that this was going to a pivotal understanding.

I graduated high school at 17 and I waited until my 18th birthday to sign up for the classes to become certified in that exact modality. what I didn't know was that I was going to need it to save my life in just a few more years..

How much are you conforming to industry standards without even realizing it?

We are always taking in information through our physical senses, subtle senses, our aura and bodies. We are absorbing as we scroll, accepting certain truths as we witness others success.

I had a whole dang plan for the launch of NBP 2.0 and a lot of it came from what I have learned from mentors, what is normal during launching and what has been successful for some of the biggest leaders. And it seemed good! Logically, it made sense, I loved the idea of it and moved forward with the plan.

What I didn’t take into account is what felt good to *me* and my business matrix. what felt good to the energy of the program, what felt good to the soulmate clients that were going to funnel in. even though I teach this!! It’s soooo easy to get swept up in logic when you are planning something big.

so I start the launch, get everything ready for weeks before hand and have to stop midway through due to family emergencies. So divine even in the chaos because it allowed me to step back and observe. The little (and big parts) that were out of alignment to *me* (not necessarily for everyone launching but for me specifically)

What I found out to be true is, no I didn’t want a hard “close the cart” date. good for business? Sure, it creates urgency and buyers. But my business matrix didn’t want urgency, pressure or lack buying. In the energy I found that NBP wanted to be open for when people were truly ready and wanted to nourish my business matrix consistently and continuously. Mmm that felt gooood to my soul.

Can you imagine seeing and speaking to your business like this? Tapping into yourrrrr truth, not what you were taught?

This opened my energy back into receiving, got me excited to share and coming back into alignment I know the right people will find it at the perfect time.

Business gets to be like this and because of this, wildly successful on all levels 🫶🏼
